ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Daycare Initiative, Clarkfield MN

Sealed proposals will be received by the City Administrator until 4:00 PM Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the City offices. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all, equipment and materials to complete the “Daycare Initiative.”

The estimated quantities of major items:

• New construction of a child care facility; roughly 4,300 sq ft.; including plumbing, electrical, concrete, heating/cooling, in-floor heat, sprinkler system, etc.

• Anticipation completion date of November 1, 2017

All proposals shall be addressed to:

And shall be securely sealed and shall be endorsed on the outside with the statement “Daycare Initiative” and shall be on the Bid form included in the specifications for the project.
