NOTICE OF HEARING TO VACATE UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF MARSHALL
A petition providing for the vacation of various utility easements in the City of Marshall described as follows, to-wit:
Location of various utility easements in the City of Marshall, located on the following described properties:
Lots 1 and 2, of Block 4, Commerce Industrial Park; and
Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1, Industrial Park Third Addition; and
The Northerly 100 feet of the Westerly 33 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 112 North, Range 41 West lying North of Trunk Highway No. 68 right of way.
Has been introduced and ordered filed with the City Administrator of said City. A map of said easements to be vacated can be seen at the office of the City Attorney, located at 109 S. 4th Street, Marshall, Minnesota.
Please take notice that the question of approving said petition will be heard and considered by the Common Council at a hearing at its
regular meeting on June 13, 2017 at 5:30PM in the Professional
Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota, at which hearing affected
property owners and members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard.
