ORDINANCE NO.719, SECOND SERIES
ORDINANCE AMENDING
MARSHALL CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES - CHAPTER 86
RELATING TO ZONING
The Common Council of the City of Marshall does ordain as follows:
Section 1: City Code of Ordinances, in the sections shown below, (d) Conditional uses, is hereby amended to include kennels:
Sec. 86-104. – B-3 general business district
Section 2: City Code of Ordinances, in the sections shown below, (b) Permitted uses, are hereby amended to include kennels:
Sec. 86-106. – I-1 limited industrial district.
Sec. 86-107. – I-2 general industrial district
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council this 9th day of May, 2017.
