ORDINANCE NO.720, SECOND SERIES
ORDINANCE AMENDING
MARSHALL CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES - CHAPTER 86
RELATING TO ZONING
The Common Council of the City of Marshall does ordain as follows:
Section 1: City Code of Ordinances, in the section shown below, is hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 86-96. – A agricultural district, (b) Permitted uses;
Agricultural, farming and truck gardening, shrimp growing in enclosed facilities, nurseries and greenhouses, except kennels, terrestrial (land) animal or poultry farms operated for commercial purposes.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council this 9th day of May, 2017.
