NOTICE OF HEARING TO VACATE A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF MARSHALL
A petition providing for the vacation of a utility easement in the City of Marshall described as follows, to-wit:
Located on the north side of Lot 1, Block 1, Viking Addition Plat No. 7 and a 5-ft. utility easement on the south side of Lot 6, Block 1, Viking Addition Plat No. 6 from DeSchepper Street west to the north-south drainage and utility easement
has been introduced and ordered filed with the City Administrator of said City. A map of said easement vacation request can be seen at the Office of the City Engineer located at 344 West Main Street.
Please take notice that the question of approving said petition will be heard and considered by the Common Council at a hearing at its
regular meeting on April 25, 2017 at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional
Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota, at which hearing affected
property owners and members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard.
