SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 718, SECOND SERIES FOR PUBLICATION
ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE CITY OF MARSHALL CODE OF ORDINANCE
On April 11, 2017, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending Chapter 2 - Administration - Article VI. Boards, Commissions, Bureaus and Authorities; Division 1. Generally (Sections 2-141 - 2-148).
It is hereby determined that publication of this Title and Summary
Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of
Ordinance No. 718, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of
Ordinance No. 718, Second Series be published conforming to
Minnesota Statutes §331A.01 with the following:
NOTICE
Persons interested in reviewing a complete copy of the Ordinance may do so at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 344 West Main Street, Marshall, Minnesota 56258.
