Independent School District #413 is seeking qualified installation
contractors for the 2017
Boiler Plant Upgrade at Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Marshall, MN.
Bidding documents and specifications will be available on or about April 6th, 2017 by contacting Joe Henn at 507-530-6875 from the office of CTS Group, 15933 Clayton Rd Suite 110, St. Louis, MO 63011. AIA A305, contractor's qualification statement shall be required to be
submitted prior to issuance of bid documents.
Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, April 25th, 2017; when they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the School on April 14th, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids which are
contrary to the best interests of the School District or is in anyway
incomplete, non-responsive, or to waive irregularities within the Bid
received.
Sealed envelopes must be marked:

The name, trade, and address of the bidder with the date and hour of the opening must be placed on the envelope and submitted to:
