Notice of Annual Meeting of Members

Pursuant to the bylaws of the Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation, notice is hereby given that the organization’s Annual Meeting of Members shall be held at the SMSU Conference Center, April 24, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. for the following purposes:

1. To elect new board of directors and officers.

2. To conduct other business which may properly and appropriately

come before the assembly or any adjournment thereof.

Proxies may be executed at the Office of Southwest Minnesota State University Foundation, Founders Hall 229; 1501 State Street, Marshall, MN 56258-1598.
