ORDINANCE NUMBER 713, SECOND SERIES
ordinance for renaming street from 240th avenue to pacific avenue
The Common Council of the City of Marshall does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The street now designated as 240th Avenue northerly from TH 68 to CSAH 33 in the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 112 North, Range 41 West, State of Minnesota, County of Lyon, City of Marshall, is hereby renamed to Pacific Avenue.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council this 13th day of September, 2016.
