ORDINANCE NO. 712, SECOND SERIES
ORDINANCE AMENDING MARSHALL CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 86 RELATING TO ZONING
The Common Council of the City of Marshall does ordain as follows:
Section 1: City Code of Ordinances, in the sections shown below, are hereby amended as follows:
Sec. 86-97 R-1 One-Family Residence District, (b) Permitted uses,
One-family detached dwellings, occupied by persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, or by three unrelated persons, with minimum
dimensions of 24 feet and minimum footprint size of 500 square feet.
Sec. 8698 R-2 One- to Four-Family Residence District, (b) Permitted
uses, Single-family detached dwellings with minimum dimensions of 24 feet and minimum footprint size of 500 square feet.
Sec. 8699 R-3 Low to Medium Density, Multiple Family Residence Dis
trict, (b) Permitted uses, Single-family detached dwellings with minimum dimensions of 24 feet and minimum footprint size of 500 square feet.
Sec. 86100 R-4 Higher Density, MultipleFamily Residence District, (b)
Permitted uses, Single-family detached dwellings with minimum dimensions of 24 feet and minimum footprint size of 500 square feet.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
Passed and adopted by the Common Council this 13th day of September, 2016.
