NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY PLAT

Copies of a Preliminary Plat have been filed with the City by Copies of a Preliminary Plat have been filed with the City by Bruce A. Knieff for Knieff Addition.

The tract of land involving the area of the Preliminary Plat is described as follows,

to-wit:

Lots 3 and 4, Block 3 of Wilke-Miller-Buesing Second Addition, in the City of Marshall, as filed and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for Lyon County, Minnesota.

AND

All that part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 111 North, Range 41 West, Lyon County,

Minnesota, being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 3 of Wilke-Miller-Buesing Second Addition, in the City of Marshall, as filed and recorded in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Lyon County; thence South 89 degrees 30 minutes 21 seconds West, bearing based on Lyon County Coordinate System, a distance of 180.02 feet, to a point on the east line of Block 2 of Wilke-Miller-Buesing Third Addition, in the City of Marshall, as filed and recorded in the office of said County Recorder; thence North 00 degrees 29 minutes 39 seconds West, along said east line and the east line of Lot 2, Block 3, of said Wilke-Miller-Buseing Second Addition, a

distance of 91.62 feet, to the southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Block 3; thence South 63 degrees 31 minutes 16 seconds East, along the southerly line of said Block 3, a distance of 202.00 feet, to the point of beginning.

Said tract is subject to any existing roadways or easements.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held to consider approval of said Preliminary Plat before the Marshall City Council in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

At such hearing, the City Council shall review the plat, consider all oral and written reports, comments and recommendations and determine as to whether or not to approve the plat.
