The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids at the Council
Chambers in the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street until
Monday, October 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM (local time).

ARTICULATING WHEEL LOADER
All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City.
Bids shall be directed to the City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement for the summary as to the work for which the bid is made.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Specifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer. Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the City Engineer.
Bids will be considered before the Marshall City Council in the
Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School
located at 401 South Saratoga Street on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
