NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSOLIDATION OF JUDICIAL DITCH NO. 31, LINCOLN AND LYON, AND LINCOLN COUNTY DITCH NO. 24
Please Take Notice that the Drainage Authority of Judicial Ditch No. 31 Lincoln & Lyon Counties, Minnesota and the Drainage Authority of County Ditch No. 24, Lincoln County, Minnesota will hold a hearing to take public comment for the consolidation of Judicial Ditch No. 31 and County Ditch No. 24, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 103E.801. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., at the Lincoln County Courthouse, Commissioner’s Room, 2nd Floor, Ivanhoe, Minnesota.
