NOTICE OF HEARING
TO VACATE A UTILITY EASEMENT
IN THE CITY OF MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
A petition providing for the vacation of utility easement in Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Western Mental Health Center Addition the City of Marshall, Minnesota, has been introduced and ordered filed with the City
Administrator of said City. A map and legal description of said vacation of easement is available to view at the Office of the Director of Public Works.
Please take notice that the question of approving said petition will be heard and considered by the Common Council at a hearing at its
regular meeting on June 14, 2016 at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional
Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota, at which hearing affected
property owners and members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard.
