School bus driver pleads guilty to careless driving

MARSHALL — A school bus driver involved in a collision with another vehicle this spring has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor careless driving charges, Lyon County District Court records said. A sentencing hearing date for Brian Ray Obe, 69, was set in August. MARSHALL — A Tracy woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Minnesota Highway 23 on Tuesday. Two pickup trucks collided near the intersection of Highway 23 and East College Drive in Marshall, the Minnesota State Patrol said. GRANITE FALLS — Two people were injured when a motorcycle struck a deer south of Granite Falls Monday night. A passenger on the motorcycle was flown to St. Cloud with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol reported.
