School bus driver pleads guilty to careless driving

MARSHALL — A school bus driver involved in a collision with another vehicle this spring has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor careless driving charges, Lyon County District Court records said. A sentencing hearing date for Brian Ray Obe, 69, was set in August. In April, a two-vehicle crash involving a school bus and another vehicle was reported at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 19 and Lyon County Road 5.
