Hearing held in Stidman case

MARSHALL — The case of a former Marshall man charged with drug possession is under consideration by a judge after a Tuesday hearing, Lyon County District Court records said. A hearing was held Tuesday afternoon for Dante Maurice Stidman. Stidman has pleaded not guilty to charges of first degree drug possession and third degree drug possession. A criminal complaint alleges that a search executed at Stidman’s apartment on Jan. 14 found a crystal substance consistent with methamphetamine in the bathroom toilet.
