LYND -- A report was sent to the county attorney's office for consideration of charges, in an incident of threats at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lynd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.

MARSHALL -- Criminal sexual conduct reported at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of East Southview Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
