RUSSELL — A 19-year-old man was cited for cannabis possession in a traffic stop at 10:52 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 200th Street and Lyon County Road 15, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 78-year-old man was arrested for DWI – refusal to test, at 10:07 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 3:21 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Damage to a mailbox was reported at 6:52 a.m. Thursday on the 900 block of Windstar Street, Marshall Police said.
