MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 27, was arrested for DWI at 1:16 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Southview Drive and East Southview Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of child neglect charges against a 27-year-old Marshall woman, in an incident reported at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Oak Street, Marshall Police said. A report was also forwarded to Human Services for review, Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of property damage charges against a 32-year-old Marshall woman, in connection with a property damage accident at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a scam at 11:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 1900 block of Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TYLER — An incident reported at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of 200th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Truancy was reported at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Railroad Drive, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
