MARSHALL — An incident reported at 12:45 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Kathryn Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 20, was arrested for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 11:27 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An Andover woman, 18, was cited for speeding at 10:26 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 10:06 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 27, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and proof of insurance, in a traffic stop at 1:27 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Redwood Street and North Third Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 9:20 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Fifth Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 8:55 a.m. Sunday on Park Circle is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of careless driving charges against a juvenile male, in an incident at 9:46 p.m. Saturday on the 3100 block of Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report of a purse being stolen from a vehicle at 9:06 p.m. Saturday on the 700 blcok of Parkside Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious person was reported at 6:07 p.m. Saturday on South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on an animal bite incident at 3:19 p.m. Saturday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — An incident reported at 1:27 p.m. Saturday on the 1700 block of Lyon County Road 8 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges against an adult male who violated a domestic abuse no-contact order and the conditions of his release in an incident at 7:25 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Robert Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 2011 Chevrolet Traverse and a 2017 Ford Explorer collided in a property damage accident at 8:44 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

TRACY — A property damage accident was reported at 9:22 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Emory Street and Second Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
