Crime for Feb. 11

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 44, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance, in a traffic stop at 9:38 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges, and charges of not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, against a Marshall boy, 16, in an incident at 4:40 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of East Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — A Tyler man, 32, was cited for speeding at 7:43 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 16 and Lyon County Road 13, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
