Crime and accidents for Feb. 17

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested for violating the conditions of his release in an incident at 1:31 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Charles Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested for domestic assault and obstructing legal process in an incident at 10:09 p.m. Saturday on Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 5:09 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 1:49 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North First Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges in connection with a collision at 10:35 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. A 2006 Ford Focus backed into a FedEx truck in the incident, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2013 Ram truck driven by a 17-year-old boy struck a parked truck, in a property damage accident at 4:42 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2012 Subaru Forester and a 2017 Buick Regal were involved in a property damage accident at 1:02 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
