MARSHALL — A report is pending on theft at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 54, was cited for a hands-free device violation at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and South Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
