BALATON — A report is pending on check fraud at 11:35 a.m. Monday on the 1300 block of 160th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 41, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 11:01 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and South High Street, Marshall Police said.
