MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order at 5:10 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An incident at 8:53 a.m. Thursday on the 3500 block of 160th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — Marshall Police assisted the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office at 1:05 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 120th Street and Lyon County Road 63, Police said.

MARSHALL — A Cottonwood woman, 44, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Lyon Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 47, was arrested for domestic assault at 1:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MILROY — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 2:50 p.m. Thursday on the 3400 block of Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash with possible injuries was reported at 12:46 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Southview Drive and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
