MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 19, was arrested in a burglary incident reported at 8:18 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said. In the same incident, a report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of charges against three Marshall men, ages 18, 19 and 28, Police said.
