MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 47, was arrested for domestic assault at 1:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 54, was arrested for DWI – refusal to test and not having insurance, and a 31-year-old Marshall man was arrested for disorderly conduct and vehicle tampering, in connection with a property damage accident at 2:53 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A property damage accident was reported at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday on the 3600 block of Lyon County Road 3, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
