MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 18, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 1:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of South Fourth Street and West Gray Place, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 7:03 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
