MARSHALL — A Fergus Falls man, 56, was cited for driving after cancellation in an incident at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 240th Street and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 25, was cited for an instruction permit violation, in a traffic stop at 10:49 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — An animal that bit a person in an incident reported at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 2700 block of 220th Avenue was quarantined, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
