MARSHALL — A Nebraska man, 20, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A Cottonwood woman, 20, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Barstad Road and West Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
GRANITE FALLS — A report is pending on an incident at 6:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Seventh Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A Cottonwood man, 43, was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign, failure to yield and a seatbelt violation, in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 290th Street and 290th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an assault at 12:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 28, was arrested for a domestic abuse no-contact order violation, in an incident at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of restraining order violation charges against a Missouri man, 23, in an incident at 7:24 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of East Lyon Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the probation office on two parties in a domestic incident at 3:13 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 1:29 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
