MARSHALL —Â A Ghent man, 39, was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic stop at 12:45 a.m. Friday on the 500 block of North U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL —Â A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of hit and run charges against a 48-year-old Ghent man in an incident at 6:09 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — Fraud reported at 6:08 p.m. Thursday on the 1600 block of 190th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL —Â A Marshall woman, 33, was arrested for property damage and motor vehicle tampering at 3:18 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of charges against a 41-year-old Marshall woman and a 61-year-old Marshall man for making threats of violence in an incident at 1:53 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
