LYND -- A California man, 28, was cited for expired trailer registration, in a traffic stop at 12:26 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 190th Avenue and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.
MARSHALL -- A report was sent to the county attorney's office for consideration of instruction permit violation charges against a Marshall boy, 16, in connection with a traffic stop at 1:00 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and Minnesota Highway 68, Marshall Police said.
