MARSHALL — An Austin man, 19, was cited for speeding at 6:55 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and South Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A Balaton girl, 17, was cited for speeding at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 150th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Westbrook man, 42, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident at 3:16 p.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Fairview Street West, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 1:22 p.m. Wednesday on West Vermillion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint incident was reported at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Eighth Street and Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — An incident reported at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of West First Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Taunton man, 49, was arrested on a Yellow Medicine County warrant at 9:44 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A Marshall man, 67, was cited for a “move over” law violation at 7:23 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
