MARSHALL — A Vesta woman, 26, was cited for not having proof of insurance and expired registration tabs, in a traffic stop at 10:46 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Elaine Avenue and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Assault was reported at 10:25 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 9:37 a.m. Monday on the 2300 block of 257th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
