MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault charges against a 36-year-old Marshall man, in an incident at 11:35 a.m. Monday on the 200 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — A South Dakota man was cited for speeding at 8:17 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 160th Avenue and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A driver was cited for driving after suspension in connection with a property damage accident at 6:01 a.m. Monday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and Fairview Street, Marshall Police said.
