MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 23, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having current proof of insurance, in a traffic stop at 5:34 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on theft at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Minneota man, 55, was arrested for driving after cancellation at 10:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — An incident reported at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday on the 1800 block of 130th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 34, was cited for a seat belt violation at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Southview Dive and South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 6:44 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Elm Place, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A one-vehicle crash was reported at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
