MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 6:44 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Elm Place, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A violation of an order for protection was reported at 9:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 44, was arrested for giving a false name to a police officer at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of driving after revocation, aiding an offender and permitting an offense by another charges against a Beaver Creek man, 39, and a Tracy woman, 43, in an incident at 5:12 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and Windstar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 36, turned himself in on a warrant at 4:13 p.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.
