COTTONWOOD — A Willmar man, 20, was arrested for controlled substance crime at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Barstad Road and West Front Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on theft at 1:11 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 11:16 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
BALATON — An incident reported at 10:18 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of east U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
