CANBY — An incident reported at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of St. Olaf Avenue North is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON — A 50-year-old Marshall woman was arrested for DWI at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of South Summit Avenue and West Second Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 27-year-old Marshall man was arrested on a local warrant at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of South 11th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old Tracy man was cited for driving after revocation at 1:48 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street, Marshall Police said.
