COTTONWOOD — A Plymouth woman, 40, was cited for speeding at 12:06 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 9 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A Hanley Falls man, 32, was cited for not having insurance and having expired vehicle registration in a traffic stop at 7:50 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 200th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
