MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 24, was cited for an instruction permit violation in a traffic stop at 6:27 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 220th Avenue and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A Hendricks man, 50, was arrested for driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety in a traffic stop at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Clarice Avenue and Baseline Road, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious person was reported at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 31, was arrested on a Probation warrant at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
