MARSHALL — A Lynd man, 37, was cited for not having insurance in a traffic stop at 6:13 a.m. Tuesday on the 3000 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Threats reported at 6:47 p.m. Monday are under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A report is pending on a violation of an order for protection reported at 4:35 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on theft at 11:15 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A Marshall man, 61, was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic stop at 6:38 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 270th Avenue and Lyon County Road 24, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
