One injured in Hwy 19 crash
REDWOOD FALLS — A Wabasso man was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
The crash was reported at 4:18 p.m. near the intersection of Highway 19 and Laser Trail near Redwood Falls. A 2014 Dodge pickup driven by Logan John Hasert, 24, of Marshall, was westbound on Highway 19, and a 2007 GMC Envoy driven by Luke Allen Mathison, 61, of Wabasso, was eastbound when the two vehicles collided, the State Patrol said. Both vehicles went into the ditch, and the Dodge rolled, the State Patrol said.
Mathison was taken to the Redwood Falls emergency room with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. Hasert and two passengers in the Dodge were uninjured.
The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office, Redwood Falls Police and CentraCare ambulance all responded at the crash scene.
