TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A dog bite was reported at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said. The dog was quarantined, Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 5:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 19, was cited for having expired vehicle registration at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Boxelder Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 43, was cited for driving around a ‘Road Closed’ barricade sign at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West College Drive and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
