TRACY — A domestic incident was reported at 6:46 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 37, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in an incident at 10:13 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and 300th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
