MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of theft charges against a Marshall man, 32, in an incident at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 27, was cited for driving after revocation, after a two-vehicle crash at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Clarice Avenue and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
TRACY — Assault was reported at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an alcohol-related incident at 1:44 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — A report is pending on fraud at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Madison Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall resident, 46, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft reported at 6:47 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
