MARSHALL — A suspicious incident reported at 6:25 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Darlene Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of permit violation and school bus stop arm violation charges against a Marshall girl, 15, and consideration of allowing illegal operation charges against a Marshall man, 23, in an incident at 4:45 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An Elysian man, 41, was arrested on a warrant at 2:13 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A Tyler man, 51, was cited for speeding at 1:04 p.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of Lyon County Road 11, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 9:21 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Golf Course Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

Marshall — A Hanley Falls resident, 44, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license or insurance in a traffic stop at 3:08 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Fifth Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
