MARSHALL — A St. Cloud man, 24, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and insurance in a traffic stop at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday on the 2200 block of 250th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 54, was arrested for theft at 5:47 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
