MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was arrested on a warrant at 5:49 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney’s office for consideration of domestic assault charges against an Osakis man, 65, in an incident at 12:51 a.m. Thursday on the 1400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 26, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, and having an uninsured vehicle, in a traffic stop at 8:48 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Fourth Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A Tyler man, 19, was cited for speeding at 7:14 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 200th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A Texas woman, 43, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 6:52 p.m. Wednesday on the 2800 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a drug-related incident at 4:36 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday on the 3100 block of Lyon County Road 22 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A civil matter was reported at 9:22 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Greenwood Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 10 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.
